We are two families who fell in love with Fort Myers Beach—after one Spring Break with our kids turned into many, and then into a full‑blown love story with this little slice of paradise. For years, we daydreamed about finding “the spot”—a place where sandy feet, sunny days, and family memories would come together under one roof.

So, when this property hit the market, we didn’t even blink. This was it. The perfect place to build the vacation home we had always imagined. And just like that, “Perfectsville” was born.
